We offer quality TB spelling agistment on our 8 hectare gated property in Cranbourne South, 10 minutes from the Cranbourne racetrack and 20 minutes from the Mornington track.

Facilities include large safe private paddocks with either post and bayco or post and rail fencing, all with offset electric fencing and most have shelters. These paddocks are well maintained and we always have several empty paddocks to enable regular pasture rest and rotation.

We also have a full size floodlit all weather arena with a rubber/ sand surface and an 18m round yard with the same surface as well as a large riding paddock with jump equipment. We have a stable block, undercover tie ups and an undercover horse wash.

All our paddocks, riding areas and stables can be flood lit ensuring greater safety.

 

We provide private paddock full care agistment for spelling racehorses for their trainers and owners. This includes:

• 2 feeds per day plus hay as required

• Rugging with rugs provided by The Cottage

• On site owners and live in staff ensuring regular review of all horses

• Regular feedback to trainers and owners as required

• $25/ day inclusive of feed as at January 2023
