The Cottage Agistment Centre is a boutique horse agistment property on the Mornington Peninsula located in Cranbourne South, 45 minutes from the Melbourne CBD catering to a small number of horses and riders as well as spelling racehorses. We provide high quality facilities and services to the discerning horse owner and racehorse trainer to ensure that you and your horses’ needs are met which is perfect for the working professional. 

 

We principally offer premium full service service agistment including 2 hard feeds per day, hay (as required), rugging morning and night, and organise the farrier, vet and dentist visits as required. We provide exceptional service and facilities including large safe private paddocks, a full size flood lit all weather arena, large round yard, riding paddock and jump equipment, horse wash, stables, tack room, undercover tie ups and float storage.

 

We provide 24 hour supervision on a private gated property catering to only a small number of horses, trainers, owners and riders at very reasonable rates.
